Rates are charged " Per Pane" standard windows have two Panes. Standard window washing for single story exterior windows with favorable site conditions. Light brushing of dirt, dust and debris from exterior window, frame, track and surrounding trim. Wash glass, lightly scrub and squeegee glass to drip-free and streak-free finish. Note: For first-time cleanings with heavy debris, Hard water stains, sap, or bird dropping, an initial restoration fee may apply. Screen cleaning can be added to window washing please see rates.
