$25.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Please rest assured, this deposit will only be charged after we've communicated directly about your project details. It’s only once both you and I have agreed on the scope, cost, and a confirmed schedule for your service that the $25.00 deposit will be processed.
The $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot and allow us to begin planning for your service. This amount will be credited to your total.
Be Specific About the Job: The more details you provide about the task beforehand, the better. Photos, videos, and a clear description of the issues or project allow me to arrive better prepared with the right tools and a clearer understanding, saving diagnostic time on-site.
Bundle Small Tasks: Have a few minor repairs or odd jobs around the house? Consider grouping them together for one service. Consolidating multiple small tasks into a single appointment is often more cost-effective than scheduling individual visits for each item.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During these hours, I am fully available to answer your inquiries and take phone calls.
