This service includes installing a customer-supplied tank water heater using the existing water, gas, and vent connections. We securely position the unit, complete the necessary plumbing and gas connections, verify proper operation, and test the system for safe, reliable performance.
Water heater, installation materials, and disposal of the old unit are not included. Site preparation, protection, setup, and cleanup are included. If procurement of materials is needed, the time spent purchasing them is included in the hourly labor rate.
A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be credited toward your final balance, with the remaining payment due after the service is completed.
