This service includes removing your existing ceiling fan and installing a new one using the current electrical wiring and mounting location. We securely mount the fan, verify all electrical connections, and test it to ensure smooth, quiet operation.
Ceiling fan assembly or new electrical wiring is not included. Site preparation, protection, setup, and cleanup are included. If procurement of materials is needed, the time spent purchasing them is included in the hourly labor rate.
A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be credited toward your final balance, with the remaining payment due after the service is completed.
